Google and Outlook Note 5 Stopping

I have the ATT Note 5.  Just yesterday, Outlook stops immediately upon trying to open it.  I get a message stating 'Outlook has stopped.' Restart App or Send feedback are available as options.  Restart just loops back to the same message.  I have sent feedback in, but no response as of yet.  Oddly enough, I started getting the same type of message a few weeks ago only it was stating that 'Google has stopped.'  However, Google apps that I use still work.  I know there are a lot of cached and background Google apps that run, so I don't know if its any of those that are beeing effected.

 

I'm on Android 7.0 with all of the latest ATT releases.  There hasn't been any software updates that I'm aware of.  There was a Google app update 3 days prior to this post, but doesn't seem to be related to the two issues given the Oulook issues started yesterday (which I did use during the day).  There was also an app update for Intune Company Portal 2 days ago.

Please do not answer with a blanket 'Reset Device to Factory'... that is not an answer.
