Gear S2 Suspended - contract not signed reason
I have a Samsung Gear S2 watch that I have had for over 6 months. My account is setup to autopay 5 devices the only device suspended this month is the Gear S2. I purchased 2 devices when I got my Gear S2 watch. I signed the contract. Devices have been fine on AT&T account for at least 5 months after purchase. Why now suspended?
After calling AT&T support, they are telling me I never signed a contract for the watch, in order to get it activated I need to call 1-866-895-1092 to activate. I'm worried they are changing my contract and asking me to resign. I cannot get a straight answer after talking with 2 representatives from AT&T.
