galaxy z flip phone (purple) Please HELP!!!
The motherboard failed Samsung says it was damaged and wants me to pay for it. It is only 6 months old. I have traded in my old phone and got this one free because of the promotion att was running now I have no phone and I still have 3 years with att. I don't know what to do

If the motherboard failed, and you purchased it through AT&T it's under warranty for the first year.
Samsung is saying damaged? How does a motherboard which is internal get damaged? Are they saying it's liquid?
Normally I would say Samsung is the way to go but if they say it's damaged and not a failure due to manufacturer defect, then it's insurance or pay them to fix it
Did you buy insurance? This particular phone should have insurance. And I am about as anti insurance as they can get.
So if you have insurance get the phone back and file a Insurance claim through Asurion.
If you didn't buy insurance , and they can't fix it, or if the cost to fix it is more than you're willing to pay, then buy a replacement phone. Switch the SIM card, and use the replacement.
