Galaxy S9 with Pie doesn't work in phone menus that require touch tone entries

I need to be able to navigate phone menus for work, but the DTMF tones on my brand new S9 are too short to register on my company's phone system.  There is no setting adjustment that will correct this under the AT&T phone configuration, but I need this function to work as soon as possible.  I had this same issue on my S7 previously, but it was resolved by shutting off HD calling.  I've tried everything on this phone and nothing works (dialpad tone length, system volume to max, manually holding the buttons longer, turned off wifi calling).  Is there a way to push a "long tone" setting for the DTMF tones on my device?  Or would another phone application allow me to lengthen the tone?

Good morning @ninjamonkey73,

We'd be glad to assist you. Unfortunately, we do not provide an option for you to lengthen the tone. We recommend searching for third party options in the Google Play Store. Thanks for reaching out to us.
