Galaxy S7 will not charge after the latest update
Since the last update my phone no longer charges. I have tried multiple wires and chargers. It will charge only on a fast charger and then only very slowly and only if I am not using it. The battery life is down to about 6 hours and even less if I use it for anything. When it is plugged in and I am using it I can see the charge dropping off. I have tried restarting it and cleared the catch but neither seem to be working. I have not installed any new apps since the update. When I look at the battery usage it says that everything is fine. My phone has become almost useless to me.
Edit: It will not charge even if the power is off.

Hello @IamNotaRobot75,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums! To best assist you with charging your Galaxy S7 after the recent Update I would like to provide you with this article on how to save battery life. It will walk you through how to turn on power save mode and a few different tips.
If this doesn’t fix the charging issue I would recommend backing up your information to a computer and preform a factory reset of the device. Click this link for a step by step on the process.
I hope you find this helpful and Have a great week!
