Galaxy S5 Not Updating

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active and for some reason it will not update to the most recent firmware. It is stuck on version 4.4.2, and everytime i try to manually update it, it says "Software Update Interrupted: There is no update available for this device. Please try again in 24 hours." 

I just tried today and it is still giving me this error. I have 4.14gbs of space available on the phone, so I know it is not a space issue.

 

Any ideas?

If your phone is an AT&T branded phone, and you have an active AT&T account, and your phone is connected via WiFi to the AT&T network when you attempt to update, and you have adequate room, which certainly appears to be the case, then it should have updated.  As it hasn't, then I suggest you take your phone to a Samsung Experience Center at a Best Buy store and have them flash the update for you.
