Galaxy Note 5
I have an N920A Galaxy Note 5. I am running Android 5.1.1. The other day my Bluetooth stopped working altogether and will not pair or connect with anything. I took it to the AT&T store near me and the rep said my Android was 2 versions behind. Is there a reason I was never offered either Marshmallow or Nougat? And will Nougat fix my Bluetooth issue? Someone please help me with some information. Thanks.
I purchased my phone through AT&T new in December 2015.

@Nutmeg_Sven
take the phone to a Samsung experience center inside a best buy and have them flash the new update for you. Your to far behind for OTA updates to help ya. If you bluetooth stack in corrupted a update will help with that.

Also when you get time call 611 get tech support and make sure your IMEI is right on your account.... I cant believe its been so long since you got an update.

@GLIMMERMAN76 I never called tech support. But I did visit two Best Buys yesterday. The first guy couldn't download the software because his PC at the Samsung Experience desk was only on Wi-Fi (not sure what that means as that is one of the primary functionalities of Wi-Fi). But he called into a nearby store and had the other guy working there download it. I went back after work and they got the OS updated to Nougat. Thanks again for the suggestion. I would have NEVER thought about doing that.
