G10+ Upgrade to Android 10 - NOT HAPPENING - Help?
I've called into AT&T 5-6 times now - the last 2 times they transferred me to Samsung.
My G10+ remains on A9, even though AT&T has told me they manually triggered the software update push (and confirmed the IMEI number). The tech's finally threw up their hands and sent me to Samsung (the first time it was a cold transfer and the call was dropped :( ).
Samsung wasn't much help either. They mentioned to try to use Smart Switch for PC. Downloaded the sw, connected the phone, and it told me that my current software (S9) is update so I can't update it that way either.
I have no idea what to do or who to contact next. Part of me is wondering if the facts that I bought this originally from Samsung, but paid for it outright (no AT&T Next payments), has bumped me down on the list. Thoughts?
