Bought phone from a long time friend right before he moved. Called h
It In lost or stolen. Sim as been blocked twice I have contacted him twice now I have even video chatted with the kid saying he'd unlock it in at&t due to the fact that he said he would call and fix it and hasn't so but he didn't call att I facetimed him and got him to feed me the bus in front of an employee and he said he would have e to call us. There's a difference in making sure something isn't stolen and allowing people sell insurance fraud phones and getting away with it. If a phone turns on and works long enough for the seller to take your money and drive away it's not the consumers fault or responsibility. get it together.

Not sure what your complaint is. You got ripped off by your “friend”, not ATT. ATT has no choice on this. Only whoever put the phone on the blacklist can remove it from the blacklist, meaning your “friend”.
