Firstnet or AT&T messing up

Hey guys, so I've made a post about this issue I have before on this forum with no resolution. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on FirstNet and when I use Google messages to send pictures, they are blurry. Doesn't matter if I send a picture to either Android or iPhone user, the picture is blurry. I have the latest updates for both the app and phone software, have the RCS chat features turned on and still sends blurry pictures. I could receive pictures from either Android or iPhone and they are perfect. So what I do is switch into Samsung Messages to send pictures to people because using Samsung Messages, I have no issues with the quality of the picture being sent. I have spoken to IT on FirstNet, AT&T, Google and Samsung and they just point their finger to someone else. I personally have come to the conclusion that it's the carrier messing up. I have friends and family on different carriers with Androids, same phone as mine as well, and they have no issue. I still haven't gotten to test my theory that FirstNet sim cards are the issue ( sounds weird I know but who knows). Is there any firstnet users out there that have this issue as well or is it just me? If ur a firstnet user, can u see if you have the s22 line up and use Google messages and have that issue? Another thing.... I put my current firstnet sim card in my old phone, a unlocked Samsung Note 20 ultra and I also have the same issue. Only difference there is that it says the chat features are powered by Jibe instead of AT&T like my S22 Ultra says. Thanks guys and sorry for the long post.
