File complaint against authorized dealer in Albertson NY (Long Island, Nassau County)
This is the email I sent to the authorized dealer rep. This is not the first time I have an issue with them. I had to chase them to get my money back with my previous phone and I shouldn't have gone back to them for this time.
This time, I didn't have time to chase them to resolve the issue, and I felt this shouldn't be dealt with this way.
Please, is there anything the AT&T corporation can do about the dealers like this??? I spoke to the AT&T customer rep and there is a form I can fill out and mail in. Can you connect me with that department. I don't want these people to be in the business anymore.
As per our multiple phone conversation on 9/29/20 regarding the tractions on 9/28/20 with the Samsung Galaxy A11, should have resolved within a couple of hours.
You demanded me to remove my review on Google in return you will take care of the promotion that comes with the phone.
When I spoke with the AT&T customer representative, they informed me the process should be simple. It's a matter of you refund the purchase transaction and register the phone in an installment payment plan.
This is an unacceptable period. The protocol that you have taken to reach out to me and doing the business the way you do is beyond unprofessionalism.
Since you have asked me to reach out to you with any problem, I'm doing so now and demanding the resolution ASAP and the receipt of all the credit card transactions. If not, I have every reason to contact AT&T in person and file a complaint.

Just a side note: the A11 is an awful phone. Especially at its price point.

This is not customer service if that's what you thought. This is a customer-to-customer message board and the chances of anyone from AT&T of seeing your post is slim.
File a complaint with the BBB.
