"FAILED TO SEND" Msg On Both Devices

We have a Samsung 8 Note & a Samsung 8+. Yesterday, both started having issues sending & receiving texts, with the 8 Note starting 1st.

We've been through the Troubleshooting, to no avail. Some texts go through & some simply don't. It doesn't seem to matter if they are SMS or MMS, the result is the same.
