Error connecting from phone

When connecting to some sites via Wi-Fi, the browser gives an error ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

However, many sites load normally.

Here are a few I found:

https://www.tripoto.com/

https://citizengo.org/

https://1win-rates.com/ru/

https://www.ted.com/

At the same time, these sites are loaded on the computer.

I have a Samsung м31, I go through chrome

Hey there @andphiz!

There are a couple of recommendations which may help resolve that error message you're receiving when trying to access those specific pages on your device. Allow us to assist.

  • First step is to restart your device by powering it off for several seconds before powering it back on again. This action closes apps running in the background and can resolve minor behavioral snags to help the device run efficiently.
  • Secondly, clear the cache, cookies, and history of your web browser which may be full or nearly full. Afterwards, test whether it's possible to access those sites.
  • Boot your device in Safe Mode. If the error discontinues in this mode, then the problem is likely with some recently installed application. You'll want to exit Safe Mode, find the app, and remove it from your device.

These steps should help resolve your experience and help you reconnect to those sites using your Samsung device.

Hope this helps.
