Device unlock status is approved but no code emailed
I purchased a Samsung s8 (registered to at&t) at Sam's club on 1/15. I use a different carrier and requested to have the phone unlocked the same day I purchased it. On 1/18 I went online to check the status and it showed approved. However, no email was sent with the confirmation code to actually unlock it. I made numerous calls to at&t customer service and no one could help me. Their advise was to send ANOTHER request to have the devise unlocked and wait another 3 days. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this situation. On another forum post similar to this one an at&t representative replied: "In most cases when you check the status with your IMEI and Request Number, it should show on the right. On the left of your response page, there should be a short list of final steps. If you see this, you can definitely follow those and complete the process." By the attached screenshot you can see there isn't a short list of final steps showing on the left of my response page. I have no code and NEED to unlock my phone. It's been 5 days now. Please help!
