Device Pickup

i broke my phone recently so i had to order a new one. i tried picking up the new phone yesterday but it was the day after my bill was do. they didnt allow me to pick up the phone since my bill is past do. im tight on cash atm so i had to set up a payment arrangement with att to pay my bill later this month. can i  pick up the new phone? i desperately need it.
