Data no longer works on S10+ or unlocked S7 Edge

So I upgraded a couple months ago from my unlocked Galaxy S7 Edge to an AT&T locked Galaxy S10+.  Both my data and text/call capabilities worked on both up until about a month ago, when my data stopped working altogether.  Recently my S10+ broke so I was forced to go back to my S7 Edge.  I have the correct APN settings, I have restarted the phone multiple times, I have made sure there's nothing on the connection pieces on the SIM card itself, and have countless hours looking through the settings to find out what's wrong.  Everything is turned on on my AT&T account, on the phone, etc.  I'm at a loss.  Someone please help me.
