Cracked Samsung Galaxy s6 edge screen.

Three days ago I just got the new Samsung Galaxy edge s6. Yesterday I dropped the phone and cracked it. The crack goes from the side to the home button. I was wondering what it costs to get the screen/phone fixed. I also have insurance on it.

I’m sorry to hear your device has been accidentally damaged! I’d be happy to help! While we cannot estimate costs of repair (this would be performed by Samsung or a third party), we can certainly help with your insurance replacement. This is where paying for coverage pays off! Depending on how long you have had insurance active on your line without making a claim, you could receive a discount on the deductible up to 25% or 50%!

 

To file an insurance claim, visit Asurion's claim page where you can submit the information regarding the device and your personal info. The last step before submitting your claim will detail the deductible amount. This will be billed to your next AT&T Wireless bill.

Have you bought the $129 warranty for the Galaxy S6 Edge? this includes protection against liquid damage, cracked displays, cracked backs, mechanical damage, and many other accidents. Samsung will replace a protected device up to three times during the warranty. Owners will only pay $95 plus tax for the Galaxy S6 Edge. If not I suggest you to replace the cracked screen with a new screen replacement. You can check at hcqs.cc for the repair parts.

I have gone through everything and they said they would replace with Galaxy 7Edge and my deductible payment would be on my next bill.   They were suppose to send me a tracking number and I have not received that or any other info since this was done and info to return my damaged phone.  Since then, I have heard nothing from them.  They said I should receive a new phone shortly and I have not heard anything back.  Will you please try to find out what is going on?  Thanks, Barb
