Contact info has stopped showing up in incoming calls how can I fix this issue

We've seen this issue affecting some of our other customers recently. One thing that has worked for them is disabling the Call Protect app via the settings. If the application has already been disabled, please download and enable the application again, power cycle your device, then disable it once more. Let us know if this helps.
