Hello there @madmama32!

We're excited your experience is currently resolved and appreciate you updating us on the status of your case.

We like to advise that you download our Mark the Spot app which not only reports detailed information of your network experience but alerts you to any updates to the network. Plus, you're able to view reports of similar experiences in your area.

Also, should your experience return, you're more than welcome to use Wi-Fi Calling as an alternate calling and texting option.

We hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
