Can't trade in phone at AT&T store
I went to trade in my Galaxy Note 5 at an AT&T store but they did not take it because it would not power on. The promotion for the Galaxy Z flip 4 states that the phone can be in "any" condition. The promotion did say working condition only.

Order and use the mail in program.
Make sure you use the code, and save tracking.

You can follow the link the ACE posted above to trade-in your device online. Keep in mind that any damage to the device can lower your trade-in value.
