Cant send or receive SMS

We want to know;

• what specific devices are you having the error with
• how long has this been going on
• when you connect to WiFi, are you also connected to cellular network (this is required to send/receive MMS)
• are you able to send/receive regular texts

@Atthelp I have a note 9 and she has a s20 ultra, this has been going on over a year when I has a note9 and she had a galaxy s9,  yes we are still connected to the network and yes we can send and recieve normal text.  We can also send and receive SMS messages  from others just not each other
