Can't I can't send messages to a short code can you please help?

Have you received short codes from this number before? What site are you trying to receive short codes from? Is your device capable of receiving the codes? If you're not sure, you can double check using our Device Support tool. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and resubmitting the request for the text? What device are you currently using? Have you tried troubleshooting? Is this your first time unable to receive texts like this?
