Cannot text without data or WiFi
I have an s7 and usually, I can text people without WiFi or data on but for the past 2 days, I couldn't send messages to anyone without using wifi or data. BTW, I usualy text to a mix of apple and Android/samsung users.

You could remove and refit your sim card you could also try and wipe the cache partition. I would however call customer services and get them to check provisioning etc. to help you get to the bottom of this.

If it's a multimedia text ie. including pictures, video or audio content then you will need data or wifi calling for this.

Maybe check your APN settings under connections, mobile networks, access point names.
These will differ depending on if your phone is an AT&T or non AT&T device.

when there’s WiFi or data on and sometimes it might just not send it even
if I am connected to data or wifi
