cannot receive phone calls

I cannot receive some of the calls from unknown numbers. I cannot find auto reject to change it. I checked Phone-Settings-Block Numbers and numbers are not blocked. I checked supplementary contacts and nothing was there. Can you help me? I googled, but I cannot find an answer and I am not receiving calls from the hospital. I may have blocked something intentially long ago because I used to receive lots of random commercial calls, but I cannot figure out why hospital calls are not getting through. My phone is Samsung version 10.2.30.1. Call version 10.1.30.11 and it says the latest version is already installed.

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

How long has this been going on?
What specific Samsung cell phone model are you using?
How exactly did you learn that you weren't receiving phone calls from the hospital?
Did you receive a missed call notification/voicemail message?
Do you have the AT&T Call Protect app, or a similar app that protects you from unwanted phone calls and text messages, installed onto your cell phone? If so, you may have enabled the feature that sends callers that aren't in your contact list directly to voicemail, to automatically block the unknown callers.
Also, have you already tried saving the hospital's phone number in your cell phone, to ensure that it isn't continuing to be blocked, due to it being a phone number that isn't recognized?
