Canceled order

Hello,

 

I canceled my web order as it was showing a Mid November delivery. I planned on going to a local store with the phone in stock.  The local store is showing I’d have a substantial down payment now for the same device.  Is this because it shows I have the other device still on the plan?  Has anyone had this issue?

The likely reason you're required to submit a security amount from what was presented online is that as a result of the credit requirements there could be differences in what you are required to pay, depending on where you make the purchase.

 

Please be advised that the additional amount paid applies to the price of the device, which reduces the monthly amount installments. In some cases, the amount applies to the first months bill.
