Blue Screen Samsung Tablet 12.2
I have a Samsung Tablet that blue screens about every 30 minutes unless I am watching a movie. I have read several other people have the same problems with the tables that have AT&T wireless. Is this a Samsung problem or AT&T? I have reset it to factory default twice and I still have the problem. I also see this device is no longer sold at the stores.
Any help on this would be great, the local stores tell me to call Samsung....

I’m sorry to hear your device is presenting a blue screen while watching movies. As @davodroso has correctly stated, this would be due to a software issue on the device. I would also recommend contacting Samsung directly for warranty support. They may be able to replace or repair your tablet!

This problem can not be related to the network which are used not only AT & T
Because the blue screen problem is caused by corruption in the tablet (it is often graphic )
