This is a customer populated forum. We cannot see your bill or your account. That information is private. If you have received an email after adding your discount, it is probably the customer service summary. The customer service summary is wrong.
Login to your account and look at your bill. Compare it to last month's bill. What's different. Did they change you to a more current plan? Did you purchase something?
