If you could provide more information about the phone equipment that you have? The reason why we need to know that is, so we can provide the proper support for your device. Here are some things to think about when you respond back:
Does it make any noise at all? Ringer?
Have you checked do not disturb to make sure it is not on?
Have you turned the volume key all the way up?
Have you tried restarting the phone?
