What is the make and model of the phone? This is so we can provide the users manual if need be.
When was the last time the speaker portion of the phone worked? This is so we can have an accurate timeline for when the equipment stopped working.
What exactly are you experiencing when you go to use the speaker part of the phone? This is so we can troubleshoot the equipment correctly.
Has the cellphone sustained any physical/water damage before the audio failure?
Does the audio still not work when speaking with someone during a phone call?
Have you checked for new software updates for the device,video, and video chat app?
Does it make any noise at all? Ringer?
Have you checked do not disturb to make sure it is not on?
Have you turned the volume key all the way up?
