Audio fades out during video on multiple apps
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and I love it. Until now, I have had no problems with this phone. In several apps(instagram, youtube, etc), when watching a video with audio going through the speaker, the audio will all of the sudden fade out. Why? What can i do to fix this? I have been looking at many forums with no success to several "solutions."

In order to determine the source of the issue, I invite you to use our handy Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. You can use this to obtain the steps necessary to correct the problem, as well.
