AT&T says my phone (Galaxy S8) has a new update but my phone says otherwise
My phone (a Samsung Galaxy S8) hasn't gotten an update in a while, so I inquired about it on the internet. AT&T says my model of phone can be upgraded to Android 9.0 and has been able to since March. I opened the software update option in settings and it said it was up to date. I made sure it was the right model phone I was looking at, and it was the right model. I am completely bamboozled as to why my phone will not update.
