Att rep sent Phones to wrong place!

I received my new upgrade devices on February 28th. I took them in store to be activated and trade in our other phones. The att rep said she would take care of it. She transferred everything to our new phones and then asked us to factory reset our old phones. We did and she packaged the phones in the brown box our new phones came in. I took a picture of those labels for tracking. Well,  Saturday the 18th, I received 2 white boxes to send our old phones back in. I took those in store to find out what was going on. The rep that had sent our phones,  had been fired and I was told that those phones were sent to the wrong place and they should of never been put in the boxes that our new phones came in! I'm so mad..... So, she said to contact ATT and they can track those phones that were delivered on the 10th to the warehouse and get them sent to the right place. Well, I've gotten nothing but the run around! So now I guess I'm out the credits on those phones....

Well we might be jumping to conclusions. You said you took a picture of the labels. Where were the phone or phones shipped,  to Texas or Tennessee?

No, you are not necessarily out the credits. Presuming the phones were sent to the wrong place, file an FCC or BBB complaint to escalate to corporate. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. They will be able to get the phones sent to the right place.

I have contacted the trade in department and they told me that those phones weren't even added as a upgrade trade in and they're was nothing they could do. I have contacted the BBB.

I contacted the BBB and how convenient within a day someone from the office of the president of ATT contacted me and they handled it within about 15 min. That's sad that I had to go that far to get it taken care of.
