at&t contract phone unable to send or receive mms pic msgs
OK, I have a galaxy s5 on contract (not the prepaid go phone). It's an unlimited plan with the data portion turned off. So why am I unable to send/receive mms and pic messages? PLEASE HELP UURRGGH!

Pic messages require data to be turned on. some of the newer messaging apps also use data. With data turned off, it will not work.
