At&t can not seem to unlock my paid off phones
I spent 3 hours on a chat last Thursday to get my phones unlocked. After trying on my own a dozen times or so thru the automated option. My phones were paid off over a month ago but the automated option shows they are not, and Advanced Technical Support seems unable to get them unlocked. So a claim was sent for both and I was told to wait 3-4 days for them to be unlocked. I have received nothing but a text saying they will be unlocked in 24 to 48 hours and that was 96 hours ago. What can I do next?
