Android version update
Was with Xfinity mobile about a month ago. My s10 plus device updated to android 10 one ui 2.0. Then I switched to att and my update downgraded back to android 9 1.1. The secice was locked. I had device flashed. E very since then I haven't had an update. And my device is back to android 9

I would say you have a account setting wrong somewhere in the backend ATT needs to fix.

We can definitely help you with software updates, @Porschewall21.
When you flashed the device, you may have deleted the files needed to complete the software update and voided the Warranty. Have you reached out to Samsung for software support?
