Activating New Phone while paying off another
I am still paying off my current phone, but I got a new phone from Samsung site. Is it possible to activate the new phone to use and still continue making payments on the current phone.

Sure. Just move the SIM card from the phone you are paying for. There is no requirement to use that phone, just pay for it.
