I AM GOING TO ASK THIS FOR THE LAST TIME!!! WHERE IS 5.1.1 FOR MY NOTE 4??????? YOU ARE NOW THE LAST CARRIER TO RELEASE 5.1.1 FOR THE NOTE 4!!!!! I PAY MONEY TO HAVE AT&T AND NOW I AM SWITCHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SCREWED UP AT&T! THE PRICE I PAY FOR YOU AND YOUR SERVICES IS OVER PRICED AND I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my Note 4 (SM-N910A) with 5.0.1 lollipop version.When 5.1.1 version will be ready for Note 4? Thanks.

Att lost me in this one. 5.0 ruined this phone and the locking of the boot loader keeps me 100% dependant on a company that simply won't update the software. Just unlock it, it's my phone bought and paid for and I can then go install something that works and not have to check every dam day to see if anything had been upgraded and it never has. I've been with att for 22 years. ....no more, grandfathered data plan or not. This is customer care at it's worst. Att ruined a great phone and youre the last to fix it!! Piszes me off enough to vote with my dollars

It advanced my phone to retry an install, but I still got a failure after these steps. I have another post in the forum, if you wouldn't mind walking me through a few things, it would be much appreciated!
