Hi there @myers527,

I’m sorry you have had software update bugs on your Note 4; I’d be happy to share all the information we have on the software update.  If you click here, you will be taken to our support page specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.  When there is official news for when Lollipop 5.1.1. will be released this page will be updated.

I would also like to recommend a troubleshooting step to help correct any software bugs your phone currently has.  Clearing the Cache Partition typically corrects any and all software issues.

To clear the cache partition:

  1. Power Down Your Galaxy Note 4.
  2. Press and Hold the Power Button, Home Button and the Volume Up Button at the Same Time
  3. When the Galaxy Note 4 vibrates, release only the Power and Home Buttons.
  4. When You See the Android System Recovery Page Let Go of the Volume Up Button
  5. Press the Volume Down Button to navigate the menu, down to the Wipe Cache Partition Option
  6. Press the Power Button to Select this Option
  7. Wait a moment while the cache partition is being deleted and the Reboot System Now option appears.
  8. If Reboot System Now is not highlighted, use the Volume Down button to highlight it.
  9. Press the Power Button to Select this Option.

Once your phone reboots, the bugs your phone has had should be corrected.

Thanks,

Charise

Att is last by a long shot.  The other 3 already have there updates.  I am hoping to see some sort of update push before the 28th with samsung pay as ATT is a partner.

Know what you mean.  AT&T got to get all their Junk programs in it, that Most people do not use.  Should leave it up to customer if they want to download and install them.

If Samsung had sent the update, and it worked, it would have been released.

They haven't, and/or it didn't, so it can't be.

No  amount of shouting will make a difference.

According to this article, 5.1.1 hasn't been released to the Note 4 on any network except Sprint

That article is wrong. Verizon is now pushing out the OTA and you can flash the update to Tmobile.

It's not personal, they won't send it to any of us (yet)

Currently only on Sprint it seems. "Very Soon"

For others. As of 2 weeks ago. So.... soon, maybe?

The information you provided does not answer the posted question. Could AT&T let us know when will android 5.1.1 be available in order to update our very expensive devices.
