$200 Visa Reward for Samsung Galaxy S6
Ordered phone in Feb on next plan was advised I would get a $200 Visa Reward and still haven't received this. I can't check the status online because I never got the card to activate. I have called multiple times and chatted only to be directed somewhere else and no one knows how to help me.

I also purchased the Samsung Galaxy S6 on February 5, 2017 - but did not receive the promised visa reward. Could you please tell if this issue has been resolved or who I should contact? General customer service is unable to assist.

I also purchased the s6 for the 200 gift card back in march and still haven't received anything. I have called numerous times just to be told it should be arriving.. but everytime I call I'm always told that no gift card has been processed.. I just want the gift card or I don't want the phone

I have sent an email and still talked to numerous people about the gift card I was promised and still no gift card in the mail..is this how att does business
