Let's get HBO Max working, @joe961!
If you signed up for Fiber internet 1000, you're eligible for HBO Max.
Have you activated your HBO Max service yet? If not, you'll want to visit our myAT&T account overview page and log in.
Next you'll want to click My HBO Max and then follow the prompts listed.
