taxes and fees will be billed when you make the $300 purchase. They range everywhere from a few dollars up into about $30. There are no further monthly charges

We have this plan right now but will be up in June...how do renew this...will we get a notice?

@shorttrackshupe Log into your account, it should show next payment due of $300 and date. As long as you pay by that date, the 12 month plan will renew.
