Wrongful bill charge - I switched my plan though was charged in full for original..
I had recently switched my phone-plan from 50$ a month to 30$ a month though was still charged 50$. I would like this resolved please. Thank you,

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. You must call for prepaid support. Do you have autopay? Depending on when you changed plans, your autopay could have already been in progress with the amount for the old plan. If so, you should still have a $20 balance that you can use next month.
