I'm on the $45 monthly plan - unlimited/10gb
Thank you for clarifying.
Did you use our Bring Your Own Device site to begin your service? Please let us know; this may be the reason behind your feature not working properly, as devices need to be compatible with the service. You can visit our Wi-Fi Calling Set Up page to see those requirements.

@ATTHelp Terrible answer. All iPhones are compatible with ATT WiFi calling. @abachi There is no prepaid 10GB plan. The discontinued $45 plan was 6GB. That plan was discontinued before prepaid supported WiFi calling, so that plan may be the reason WiFi calling does not work. Switching to a current plan might be your answer.

This is correct. 👆. Change your plan. Wait till the end of your 30-day cycle and change to the 8 gig plan which you should get for $40 a month with auto pay
