My phone bill went up from 100 to 130 this month and I don't know why

You posted in prepaid. Prepaid does not have a bill and unless you are a multi line account owner, there are no prepaid plans that cost that much.
It is multi-line. we all have the $50 a month plan but were only paying 100 for it for like 2 years. I think that maybe my promotional discount ran out.
How can we improve?
