Why did my bill jump by $30

My phone bill went up from 100 to 130 this month and I don't know why

We can definitely help you with billing, @ginobrown86.

We encourage you to view your bills online.  Its easy when you log in and go to Your bill.

  1. If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
  2. Simply compare last month to your current month to see how it increased by $30.

You posted in prepaid. Prepaid does not have a bill and unless you are a multi line account owner, there are no prepaid plans that cost that much.

It is multi-line. we all have the $50 a month plan but were only paying 100 for it for like 2 years. I think that maybe my promotional discount ran out.
