Why AT&T doesn't make discounted unlimited plans availability easier for PREPAID customer during pandemic COVID-19?

I see on www.ATT.com/prepaid website with all these unlimited plan for $45 or $65 with autopay. But apparently it is only available to new customer ONLY. Why AT&T doesn't make these unlimited plans availability easier for PREPAID customer during pandemic COVID-19? I was told by AT&T customer representative that I can only get the regular price of $65 and $85 respectively for the unlimited plans for existing customer. In order to take advantage of the new plan, I was told to port out to T Mobile or Verizon and port back in for the new pricing. With most stores in limited hours and closed and making numerous trip out to stores during pandemic, CAN'T AT&T BE MORE STUPID ENOUGH TO NOT HELP EXISTING CUSTOMER DURING THIS HARD TIME?!?

Please make all discount price plans available for ALL customers NEW and OLD to help everybody out here. If AT&T don't act quickly, I assure you once the pandemic is over my family and many others will not use AT&T anymore in the future.

Existing customers can get those plans for $55 and $75, by turning on autopay. The promotion for new lines also requires autopay.

@sandblaster Tens of Thousands of people get layoffs recently and pay cuts in USA, and your response is this. Certainly you are living somewhere in Heaven or the devil in (Edited per community guidelines). Well i hope you get layoff soon and feel the pain and hardship like everybody else.

Why the rudeness? I simply inform you that a discount is available for existing customers and you respond like that? That was totally uncalled for.
