Voicemail on Alcatel Smartflip not working
I’ve had my smartflip for a year and had never set up voicemail. When I try to now (by pressing and holding 1), it is asking if I want to leave a voicemail for a different member. I’m unable to set up despite watching all the video tutorials.
Any tips?

When you say it's asking you to leave a voicemail for a different member, could you elaborate on that a bit more? Is it a different number? Is it a number that you're familiar with?
Since you mentioned it's been a year, that is the likely cause behind you not being able to set up your voicemail. If it isn't set up within 60 days of activation, it is removed from your account. Use our Device Support page to contact us directly, or troubleshoot the device further.
