Voice mail not working
Hello everyone,,
I have an HTC 10 and I live in Knoxville Tennessee. My voicemail has not worked in a week. I missed a very important message from my doctor. Luckily, they were able to call 2 days later to get me the information I needed. I understand that this is an ongoing problem. Shutting your phone off and on does not help this issue as suggested...Isn't voicemail part of what I pay for each month? Voicemail is a free service included with your telephone package. Did you set up voicemail on your phone?
There was a problem with voicemail several months ago which was resolved. There is no current problem a voicemail.
