unused data rollover

When I bought my prepaid simcard with the 1gb data plan I was told it does not roll over to the next month if you don't finish it. on the site it says it does though. is this also the case if you do not buy a new plan the next month and use it all up and then buy a new plan/data card? (i'm only going to be using it for max 2 months so was hoping to only have to buy it once)

Hello @sientje!

We're more than happy to get to the bottom of the unused rollover data inquiry!

When using the rollover data that is with your monthly prepaid plan allowance, it would round up to the nearest MB and carries over for one 30 day renewal period. Now if you have unused rollover data and decided change monthly plans or cancel your prepaid service, the remaining leftover data will automatically expire.

Once you have exceeded past your monthly data plan, then the rollover will be used.

We hope this information helps, and have a good evening!
