Unknown Charged by AT&T Vesta Prepaid

I have just been charged $59.21 into my account today by VESTA Prepaid and I have no idea where it comes from and I did not sign up for GoPhone whatsoever. I have been searching all over the place for an email to write because I am currently out of the U.S and couldn't find any.

 

Disappointingly, I have to write a message on this forum without knowing if it would be able to reach to any AT&T workers. If AT&T officials read this, I really hope you consider having an email so we can contact you and I want to stop the VESTA service and all AT&T services under the number 518-258-6600.

no at&t wont see your post, no they wont consider emails for support there would be 100s of thousands of emails that most all would just get buried in the many emails. i suggest you report the card compromised and have a new card issued .also check your credit report for other activity and dispute the charge with your credit card company. at&t isnt responsible for the fraudulent charge as whoever used it had all the information needed to use your card. and whos number is that? are you familiar with it?

You need to dispute any unauthorized charge directly with your bank. Since you aren’t a customer, ATT won’t even talk to you.
