Unable to receive text messages outside the US

You can’t 

Unless WiFi calling is activated and happens to work from Thailand, there is nothing you can do.

Check if the roaming service on your account is active by messaging us on our social media.

@jamestaylor you act as if your an employee, as such you should know that prepaid does not roam in Thailand

If you're outside the U.S. and texting international numbers or the U.S. · To text a number in the country you're visiting: Use (area code) (local number).

@kevinjohn  prepaid does not roam there regardless of what numbers you type🤦‍♂️What do people not get about this? @lizdance40  is it Sunday already? SMDH

AT&T prepaid does not roam in Asia.  There will be no service.
