Trying to have me pay twice in one month.

The mobile network messed up & somehow selected me for a family plan then called customer service because my phone wouldn't work then they switched my account back but won't reactivate my service I already paid for 2 weeks ago.

Since you posted in prepaid, apparently you don't understand how it works. 

When you pay for a prepaid plan, it's good for 30 days.

If you change your mind and purchase a different prepaid plan your original plan terminates without proration. You must pay for the new plan in order to resume service.

The network doesn't just randomly select someone for a group plan. Invitations to multi-line plans can be declined. It sounds like you accepted and then changed your mind.
